This is your invitation to practice with Dea in person—an immersive, self-guided journey designed for those ready to deepen their connection to movement, and themselves. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure wellness escape, with equal parts work, discovery and play. Class time: 8 - 9:30 AM (ET) Location: La Valeta or Holistika in Tulum, Mexico Studio Location: TBD by December 1, 2025 Date: **Please specify your dates in the notes section of booking from January 12 – February 13, 2026** You’ll book your own accommodations and create the experience that speaks to you, supported every step of the way.
