Whether you are looking to deepen your practice or begin your teaching journey, this 200HR YTT is designed to challenge and transform while deepening your understanding of yoga philosophy and the fundamentals of how to teach an asana practice. Join me at the stunning Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica this May for a yoga and movement teacher training unlike any other. Your preparation will start immediately after booking with complimentary access to Deanna's online class catalog (ON DEAMAND) and foundational yoga series (FUNDEAMENTALS) accessible via her online yoga & fitness platform: www.dedica.live. After the training, you'll retain full access to digital recordings of the YTT (professionally captured & produced) and instructional materials so you can revisit them anytime along your teaching journey.

 

My long-time friend and co-teacher, Jesse Barlow, will be leading the training alongside me. Jesse is a deep well of information and an incredible yoga instructor with a deep passion for the history and philosophy of yoga.  His specialties of Hatha, Iyengar, meditation, and Thai massage, perfectly complement my fiery power and BODEA conditioning styles. I am honored to have him beside me for this very unique training.

The Yoga Alliance has set the standard for Teacher Trainings in North America for over 30 years. Our program adheres to their guidelines and goes well beyond to develop confident teachers with a strong understanding of foundational alignments and postures.  

 

Upon successful completion of the course you will have earned an official 200hr Yoga Alliance Certificate from Jesse Barlow Yoga school (visible on Yoga Alliance School Registry) which

satisfies the 200hr YTT certification required by most studios for teaching. 

 

Deanna and Jesse have over 3 decades of combined teaching experience and worked tirelessly to distill their most essential and useful elements into a 200hr YTT. Our training will focus on developing the tools and confidence required to lead a strong, balanced and creative practice that is authentic to each teacher.
