(Each workshop reflects a week of the challenge) - Unforgettable curated group experiences, connection, and growth - One on one time with Dea DATES: Week 1 Foundations: January 12-16 2026 Week 2 Binds & Arm Balances: January 19-23 2026 Week 3 Inversions: January 26-30 2026 Week 4 Heart Openers & Back Bending: February 2-6 2026 Week 5 Integration (Masterclass on All Topics): February 9-13 2026 NOT INCLUDED: Flights, transportation, and accommodations are not included. Participants are responsible for booking their own stay — but don’t worry, we’ve got tips: We highly recommend staying in the neighborhoods of La Veleta, Holistika, or Aldea Zama for the best experience. (Trust us — skip the beach zone. It’s gorgeous, but not practical for this program.) SCHEDULE (Monday–Friday): - 8:00 - 9:30 AM: In-person access to all classes (option to be on camera 1:1 with Dea) - 11:30 AM–3 PM: 3-hour intimate mentorship workshops (pose alignment and anatomy, transitions, hands-on adjustments, inversions, binds etc.) - Plus: 1 group dinner and personalized support & connection with an intimate group - Optional participation in curated activities: Cenotes, beach clubs etc. + you will be provided with a curated list of Tulum experience recommendations to build your own adventure
