Your preparation will start immediately after booking with complimentary access to Deanna's online class catalog (ON DEAMAND) and foundational yoga series (FUNDEAMENTALS) accessible via www.dedica.live. After the retreat, you'll retain full access to digital recordings and instructional materials so you can revisit anytime! My long-time friend, Natalie Flood, will be leading the teacher training alongside me. Natalie is an E-500 HR Registered Yoga Teacher and the visionary behind the SHAMANA METHOD, and SHAMANA CIRCLE Studio & School in Bermuda. She has a deep passion for functional movement, intentional breathwork, and empowering others to build strength from the inside out.
