After the YTT, you'll retain full access to digital recordings and instructional materials so you can revisit anytime! My long-time friend, Jesse Barlow, will be leading the teacher training alongside me. Jesse is a deep well of information and an incredible yoga instructor with a deep passion for the history and philosophy of the practice. His specialties of Hatha, Iyengar, meditation, and Thai massage, perfectly complement my fiery power style and BODEA conditioning. I am honored for him to stand beside me for this very special and unique training.
